Jewelry Warranty

Our gold-plated jewelry is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, such as:

• Gold plating coming off without chemical exposure.
• Broken clasps or studs due to technical failure.
• Items received with defects.

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by misuse.
• Breakage due to impact, drops, or contact with chemicals (perfume, alcohol, etc.).
• Scratches from friction with other pieces.
• Oxidation due to improper storage.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. We accept exchanges for:

• Manufacturing defects.
• Wrong item received.
